At Practically Family Home Care, we focus on engaging our clients with an interactive care plan.
Everybody is a unique individual, and each plan is made for that one person. We base it off their personality, hobbies, interests, and health. Our plans include a variety of activities, such as...
- Preparing a Meal Together (Salads, etc.)
- Visiting a Local Senior Center
- Crafts, Puzzles, or Other Hobbies
- Attending Church
- Singing and Dancing
We approach each senior with kindness, empathy, and compassion. Our caregivers have a plan of special activities and are looking forward to meaningful conversation that will engage them during, for example, Chair Yoga, our morning exercise.
Passion is Key

Caregivers of PFHC are passionate about the work they do. It is evident in how positively loved ones respond to their attitude. Our caregivers are constantly looking for ways to engage and excite by bringing in fun activities, like planting flowers or making crafts, ultimately to make the lives of loved ones better.
When your loved one has the same caregiver, they know their baseline and when something is off. We pay close attention to their needs, and are quick to step into action if needed.
Credibility
Caregivers and all staff members have an extensive background check.
All are CPR + First Aid Certified, including our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Caregivers are required to have at least 2 years of experience, and are fingerprinted to ensure safety.
